The room I had was massive with a small lounge & balcony. Bed was comfortable & there was .plenty of hot water.

Good location with free parking on site. Easy walk to city centre and restaurants. Beds were comfy and the Continental Breakfast had a lovely selection of fruit, plain yogurt and 3 cereals with 3 types of bread for toast and plenty of spreads. An older building but it has been updated. Would stay again.

We enjoyed this charming, comfortable accommodation. Our 3rd floor room was quite spacious and had a great view of the surrounding streets and CBD. The included continental breakfast is an absolute winner, held in a cute room next to Reception. Access to netflix and kayo was a nice surprise especially for my AFL-mad partner who got to see his beloved North Melbourne Roos nearly beat Collingwood. Free parking and very close to the main part of town. The owner is nice and chatty and at the time we stayed there renovations were being done on the 4th floor which should give extra options. If we return to Launceston we would definitely stay here again.

Price at time of booking was good value. Reception staff and cleaning person were helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Building under new ownership and being further renovated as I understood it. Short walk to main shopping precinct. Would suggest slightly under the 4 star rating.

Older complex but modernised and very big room. The continental breakfast included heaps of fresh fruit - 3 melons, strawberries and kiwi fruit - excellent additions to the usual cereal and toast!

Large room with balcony overlooking the city. Very comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Air conditioner, fridge, microwave and kettle. Good shower. Included breakfast was very good.
